ACTIVITIES/INFORMATION (SCHOOL RELATED)

Science Club yearbook photo will be taken today right after school. This is a retake as the first photo was lost. It will be fast so be there quickly and then you can go to any other activities.

There will be a meeting for all football players Wednesday after school in the LGIC.

Applications for next year’s ASB Tech Coordinator, ASB Treasurer and Monarch Pride Commissioner are now available at the Activities Window. Applications are due by the end of the day on Friday, April 3.

Applications for class officers for the 2015-2016 school year are now available at the Activities Window or in Room B8. Please note that Seniors have a different application from Juniors and Sophomores. All applications are due on Friday, April 17 by the end of the day. See Mr. Ruhter for more information.

Did you know that Mark Morris High School has been the number one source for blood donation in Cowlitz County for the last twenty years? Let’s keep up the legacy Monarchs by donating during the Spring Blood Drive on Friday, April 17 from 8-2 pm. You have to be 16 or older to donate. If you’re under 18 and are a first time donor, you need to have the official signed permission form turned in by the time of your donation. Don’t hesitate to donate!!! All you can eat free cookies and Gatorade post donation!!!!!!  Save three lives in just 20 minutes!!!!!!!!

This year’s spring tolo them is Gatsby…wear a lot of sparkle & fringe.  Dress like flappers and people from the roaring 20’s.  The date is April 18th from 9:00-11:00.  Girls, start asking now!

 

NOTES FROM THE GUIDANCE OFFICE & CAREER CENTER

Seniors who are on track to graduate with their AA from LCC please let the Guidance Office know by April 13th.
  
Senior announcements will be delivered on Tuesday, April 14th during both lunches in the cafeteria.

Seniors, if you will be graduating with your AA degree from LCC, there is a $2500 scholarship available from the Scottish Rite Foundation of Washington.  The deadline for this application is March.31st.  See Mrs. Peters in the Career Center for details.

There will be a meeting for all seniors on Friday, April 17th at 9:45 a.m. in the Mark Morris cafeteria.
