| Check out these shirts! | ||||
These shirts were created by Megan Getchell's 7th grade classes in English and Reading, following the novel Schooled by Gordon Kornman. Throughout this novel the reoccurring theme was to believe in yourself and always do the right thing. The main character in this novel has never been to public school until his eighth grade year. This novel tells the story of a young boy’s journey to be accepted while still holding tight to the morals and values he was taught by his grandmother. As part of our culminating unit we made tie dye shirts to wear to celebrate our individuality. As no two students are the same, no two tie dyes will be the same either.
